1. Acceptance of Terms

9.2 Company Termination Rights

ph455 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you engage in prohibited conduct; (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (e) we determine that account closure is necessary for business or security reasons.

10.6 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from ph455. The Company may assign these Terms and transfer your account to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

10.7 Entire Agreement
